Our Mission
One of our goals was to make managing HOAs easier when it comes to compliance, ARBs and community reporting. We continue to do so with innovative ideas such as incorporating AI into these functions to reduce overhead and time.
However, our main goal was to close the gap between the HOAs and the community it governs. Too often management companies are switched because the community feels disconnected from the company. By providing ways to increase interaction not only between the HOA and its members, but create retention between the management company and the community.
